FAQS

Hiring facts

I want in! What can I expect after I apply for a job at CES?

When you apply you will receive an email from us confirming we’ve received your application.

If you are a good match for the position, a member of our People & Culture team will schedule an exploratory call to find out more about your experience and answer your initial questions. They will be your contact throughout the process, keeping you posted and providing you with feedback as you progress.

If you don’t get through the initial resume screening stage, we will let you know via email.

We work hard to respond to you as quickly as possible - timing can vary during busier periods.

Who will I meet throughout the process?

This will vary from role to role – in most cases, you will have the opportunity to meet your potential leader, a teammate and/or a senior leader. This is to give you as much context as possible and provide a variety of firsthand perspectives on the role, team, company and culture.

How should I prepare for my interview?

Your People & Culture contact will give you information about what to expect at each interview step and provide tips for your preparation. In general, we use behavioural-style interview questions that will require you to provide us with specific examples from your previous experiences.

Interviews are also about you getting to know us – so don’t be shy, ask any questions you might have about our culture, the team and the role!

How long will the process take?

Timing of the process depends on how many candidates we need to interview, your availability and a few other factors. Typically, you can expect to be in process with us for 2 weeks on average after your first phone call.
